Well guys, after raiding my Winnie The Pooh Piggy Bank this weekend-I realized more than ever that something has got to give. I went and cashed in my “spare change” to buy groceries because we were broke until Tuesday and wanted to make sure NOTHING bounced. My bank will never see another returned check and I refuse to pay those crap overdraft fees. My eyes were really opened this weekend. I had $23 in change and could not believe how much I budgeted and made it work. I was happy but also sad on the inside. Being broke sucks. Sunday was my only day off, and since we had to limit the driving, I stayed home and played board games with the kids and really went to work on what I needed to do in my life. I already wrote in my last post-I am focused! I am paying the lawyer off and I am gonna raise that money and get out of this hole! I am tired of looking for part-time jobs that want me to be Wonder Woman but offer to pay me $7 an hour. What the heck? I realize I can do so much better and I can do it from home. I know it wont be easy but I am gonna try. No, I am not quitting my job. I need my job for now. I will try so hard to make as much as I can online so maybe one day I wont have to work a “job”. I do see it is possible. I have been reading all about this stuff for months. The past few months, I have talked about surveys I have done and the checks and paypal deposits have started coming in. I am going to make a spreadsheet of it all and post it. It certainly is not in the thousands but it is helping me keep afloat. If I could just “step it up” I am sure I could make more. I took my last $13 in my Paypal account and made the decision to sign up for a program that I think may help me too. That wasn’t an easy sell for me. I analyzed the heck out of that program before I signed up. I guess my “skepticism” has always kept me from getting ahead when it comes to this things. $13 may not sound like a lot (the program was actually $12.95) but for me, that money is a few meals. I feel though this may help me…I really do. I wont know till I try. I would love to post the link here but I am sure I am not allowed to on WP. Eventually, I will be updating this blog too so I can share it all with everyone. I am really working hard on it. I really am and I am really happy about it!
So I will focus on my journey with this. It is all about making more money and becoming debt free. I will post all my ideas and the good, bad and the ugly as I go along.
