Health insurance options…for Floridians

I have been doing so much research online lately that I am running on information overload! Between learning how to set up my niche blogs and writing articles and surveys on top of working and being a mom, I am just going and going and I don’t want to stop. I really need more time in the day.

I just wanted to update a little info on health insurance here in Florida in case anyone should be looking for it. I stumbled across it on my search and thought I would post it here.

So far I learned a little bit about my health insurance options and they are slim. Getting a private policy is going to be a little difficult BUT the Governor here in Florida just announced a few days ago that in January there will be low cost health insurance options available to the uninsured even with pre-existing conditions. The programs wont start being offered until January but so far it looks OK. If anyone lives in Florida and would like to look into the programs you can visit Cover Florida

Who knows, maybe things will change next year. Gosh, wouldn’t Universal Health Care be awesome? I know, I know. It is easier said than done but it would be great. I know many people that would benefit from it and it would help change so many lives.
