To help pay the lawyer off faster, I have decided not to pay on the CRV anymore. I know I have said it in the past but truth is-I procrastinated. Having 2 cars helps us out so much but it is a luxury and one we can no longer afford. We ended up having to pay $100 for another tag because driving around with the expired one was just asking for another ticket which I already can’t afford. Besides, I started to feel like a criminal every time I drove by a police officer. Just for a stupid tag! So I paid $105 for the ticket and $100 for a new tag this month on a car I am not keeping. I know. I know. Honda is calling because the payment is late again. I am thinking about just writing them a letter to pick the car up. When I call them to tell them to take the car, I somehow end up in a payment plan I can’t afford. I need to “stop the bleeding” and let them take it already. This is why I CAN”T WAIT to pay the lawyer off. He could tell me what to do or write the letter or whatever it is they do since this car is going to be included in my BK.
On other car news-hubby got tires for the Civic today. Good tires mounted and all for $189! Thank goodness my sister-in-law had a friend of a friend in the tire business! That helped us out this time. You just don’t realize how much those things cost when you are paying cash for them. I can honestly say I never paid cash for tires-always charged them on something.
Today, I am gonna work really hard on getting my blog converted so I can start adding paid posts and ads. The benefits to that are-well…I can start monetizing this blog. I read that doing paid reviews is a great way to make some extra cash. The only thing I didn’t like about the idea was making this blog look like a whole big advertisement. I have control of what goes on here and will make sure nothing I do not approve or agree with is here…(example CREDIT CARD OFFERS…YUCK!) Doing this will help me make some quick cash-I hope anyway.
