Bye, Bye 2008

Wow-only a few hours left until 2009! It felt like just yesterday that I was writing on this blog on how great 2008 was going to be! We all know how that one turned out…

It got me to reading my own blog here and I went back to 12/31/07 and geese-I am in the same freaking boat 1 year later. I was shaking my head as I was reading it. It was like nothing changed-nothing …and I mean nothing for the better. I could have actually copied and pasted that post because I am in the exact same position now as I was exactly one year ago!

What I do have is a lot more knowledge than I had one year ago. I sat down today and actually put my goals in writing – something I always tend to procrastinate on. We are going to work so hard in 2009 to better our lives that when I post here 12/31/09-it will be a post I am going to love to write…

• How our BK is behind us
• How much success we are having with our work at home projects
• How we have money in savings and not living check to check
• How our health is better and we both lost that extra weight
• How 1/1/10 is going to be the best anniversary ever-I will NOT be working that day and we will be together doing something we enjoy and maybe buy a nice little gift for one another

Well, you get the picture. I could have fun with this one…lol
